  • We aim to fulfill orders within 2 business days. Some items are made to order, and estimated lead times will be displayed in the item description.

    The estimated transit time will be available to you at checkout.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated by the carrier.

  • We gladly accept returns.

    To request a return, please contact us at info@odhdesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we ask that you ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
